Pure PTFE sheet is featured by the best anti-chemical and dielectric properties among the already known plastics. It is also ageless, nonstick, and able to work from -180 ~ +260 degrees. Kaxite has three styles of PTFE sheets.
Kaxite expanded PTFE sheet as similar as GORE, KLINGER, TEADIT,etc. It is a universal sheet gasket material for most services, seals rough and irregular surfaces.
Highest quality ramie fiber packing is impregnated with light-colored, special PTFE and inert lubricant during square plaiting operation. It is not harsh on shafts and stems.
PTFE packing with kynol fiber corners is braided from KynolTM fiber and PTFE fiber. It contains the advantage both PTFE and kynol. It has good strength and lubricates.
PAN fiber packing is braided from high strength PAN fiber pre-impregnated with PTFE and special lubrication. Re-impregnated during square moulding. It has excellent properties, lubricating and resistance to chemicals.
